Service request information
When you send a request, your name, phone number, city or ZIP code, appliance brand, problem description and source page are transmitted securely to our service request system. Requests are stored on our service server and emailed to the operating team so we can respond, discuss availability and maintain service records. Do not include payment card details or other sensitive information.
How information is used
We use request information to respond and arrange service. Hosting and email providers process it as part of delivering those functions. Information is kept as needed for service records, customer support and applicable obligations. Sending a service request does not subscribe you to marketing.
Website measurement and technical requests
This website currently does not load Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or advertising tags. Fonts and images are served with the website. Hosting and security systems may process IP addresses and routine technical requests to serve the website and limit abuse.
Calls and text messages
Our local tracking phone routes calls and text messages through CallRail to the operating team. CallRail processes the caller or sender number, timestamps and communication records. Inbound call recording is disabled for this website’s number. Communications are used to respond to service requests.
